We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise, you may submit a return request our e-mail ( Some online merchandise is not available for return. These items are noted on the product description page.

General Return Policy

 All returned merchandise must be in original condition for resale, unless it is defective.

 Items must be returned within 60 DAYS from the purchase date with vendor and price tags attached.

 The original receipt must accompany all returns, in-store and online.

 All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges will be applied directly to the original form of payment.

 If the items returned do not meet's return guidelines, all shipping charges associated with the return will be the Guest's responsibility.

 All Return/Exchange shipping charges must be prepaid.

 C.O.D deliveries are not accepted.

 Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.

 Footwear must be returned in the original box.

 Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside), unless defective.

 Any uncertainties about the style and fit of your footwear should be resolved before wearing them outside.

 Additional footwear care tips will be provided to you with your order.

The care instructions on swimwear garments should be followed carefully. Swimwear returns must be:

 Accompanied by original receipt.

 Returned within 30 days of purchase.

 Have original tags and sanitary liners attached.

 Unworn and in original condition, unless defective.

International Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns must be within 60 days from the date of purchase, in original condition with vendor and price tags attached.

How to Return/Exchange Merchandise

 No cash refunds will be issued.

 No in-store credits on shipping or handling fees.

 Tell us the items you are returning.

 Print the pack slip and USPS label, then place items in a secure package.

 Drop the package off at your local Post Office, in a collection box, or schedule a USPS pickup.

 Please contact us online about returns, a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.

 Place a new order within 24 hours of initiating the return and young and gifted store will waive the $7 return shipping fee.
